Six people were killed and 28 others injured as a bus and a truck collided head-on in Sadar upazila of Dinajpur on Friday morning.Among the dead, one was the truck driver, Hasu, 40, and another was the assistant of the bus driver but his detailed identities could not be known.Quoting locals, Kotwali Police Station officer in-charge Farid Hossain said a bus of 'Nabil Paribahan' and a mango-laden truck collided head-on on the Dinajpur-Gobindaganj Highway in Chakrampur Shashra area around 6 am, leaving two dead on the spot and many injured.Of the injured, two passed away while undergoing treatment in a hospital, he said. However, the injured were admitted to M Abdur Rahim Medical College Hospital.
