Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami central working committee member and Dhaka city north unit’s secretary Dr Muhammad Rezaul Karim called on the international community, particularly the United Nations, Arab League, Organization of Islamic Cooperation, and Commonwealth, to take urgent and decisive measures against the terrorist, occupied, Zionist Israeli atrocities and genocide on Gaza Strip.   He today around 2:00pm made these remarks while speaking at a pre-procession protest rally in front of north Badda Kamil Madrasha in the capital’s Badda. Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Dhaka city north unit organized the gathering protesting the Israeli barbarities and genocide, and demanding to immediately cease all military operations on Gaza Strip of Palestine. The protest march began from in front of Badda Kamil Madrasha and concluded with a brief assembly near Rampura bridge. The gathering paraded through various important streets of the city. Violating ceasefire, the Zionist Israel launched a series of airstrikes on innocent civilians of Gaza Strip. They are conducting a barbarous killings and massacre here. Conducting brutal attacks, they not only violated peace agreements, but also committed war crimes and crimes against humanity, Rezaul Karim alleged.
But operating airstrikes, the Zionists cannot save themselves finally, Muslims will win in future Inshaallah, he added. 

The city secretary urged everyone to raise voices against Zionist cruelties. Otherwise, the Zionists will destabilize the entire globe. 

Fascist Awami League government had also conducted atrocities, mass killings and misrule in the country during their last 15 years rule. They imported surveillance equipment and weapons from Israel to combat the opposition. They committed genocide, he alleged. 

Sheikh Hasina-led government martyred Jamaat’s top leaders in the guise of justice, Rezaul Karim further alleged. 

The city secretary demanded the immediate release of ATM Azharul Islam, former assistant secretary general of Jamaat.    

The law and order situation is not normal now. The cronies of fallen dictator are active in various sectors of the state. They are creating anarchy in the state. Awami perpetrators must be held accountable and justice, he added.  

The national election will be held after necessary reformation, he also added. 

Rezaul Karim called upon the government to take necessary steps to hold a free, fair and credible election.

Jamaat central Mojlish-e-Shura member and Dhaka city north unit’s assistant secretary Nazim Uddin Mollah, Dr Fakharuddin Manik, Yeasin Arafat, Muhibullah, Jamal Uddin, Jamaat Dhaka city north unit’s publicity & and media secretary Muhammad Ataur Rahman Sarker, Nasir Uddin, Shibir Dhaka city west unit’s president Salauddin among others were present in the protest procession.
