
BNP standing committee member Gayeshwar Chandra Roy has warned that no one has the power to stop the parliamentary elections. He made this warning at a rally in Keraniganj, Dhaka on Saturday (July 5) afternoon.The rally was held in Keraniganj demanding 'timely reforms and early elections'. Leaders and activists from different wards of Keraniganj took part in the rally with processions. Keraniganj South BNP organized the rally.Gayashwar said, "We have to hold elections, no one has the power to stop the elections if we go down. I will tell those who say we couldn't do anything for 16 years, we can show it now in 16 days, we won't show it."He said, "A gentleman has made a promise, he will fulfill his promise, and we are patiently waiting for the elections to be held on time."Gayeshwar said, "Jamaat is taking over education and health. There is no place for anyone else there, no place at all." Sometimes many people say that they are brokers of India. Those who broker India are brokers of India.He said, "Those who do not want elections, reform this and that, these are India's agents. They are the ones who are secretly making the disgusting people of the Awami League members into their party. You all know the name of the person who kidnapped Parag Mandal, now I hear he is the leader of Jamaat."Now, what do you know about Jamaat? Gayeshwar also said that he will formulate a 'big development plan' to make Keraniganj free of drugs and weapons.BNP Joint Secretary General Habib Un Nabi Khan said, "I have come here to address a rally after a long time. For the past 16 years, whenever BNP held a meeting, an Awami League peace rally was called next to it. Peace in the kitchen."
