
The state will take full responsibility for the families of those killed during the July uprising as well as the injured if the BNP comes to power, BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi has said.He made the statement on Friday afternoon while visiting the family of martyr Arman Molla in Meherpara, Narsingdi.Rizvi said the “Amra BNP Poribar” has taken full responsibility for Arman Molla’s family.Criticizing the interim government, he said: “It was the duty of this government and the state to stand by the families of the martyrs. The current administration has completely failed to do so.”He questioned: “Why is there negligence? Why do they not have a complete list of those who were killed?”During the visit, Rizvi gave financial assistance to Arman Molla’s family. Members of the "Amra BNP Poribar" initiative, including Member Secretary Mokhlesur Rahman Mithun, along with local BNP leaders and activists, were also present.
