Shabab Ahmed Choudhury has been appointed as the Head of Corporate& Regulatory Affairs at BAT Bangladesh from 1 st April 2024. Shabab has recently completed 15years with BAT Group, during which he has assumed various pivotal roles across multiplecountries like Bangladesh, Pakistan, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, and the UK. In his recent stint in the UK, he successfully performed the role of Head of Commercial Finance-DBS.Shabab completed his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from North SouthUniversity (NSU). His journey with BAT Bangladesh commenced in 2009 when he joined the
company as a Finance Management Trainee.In a message, Shabab shared, "I am truly honored to rejoin BAT Bangladesh as part of theleadership team. With a legacy spanning over 114 years, the company has been supporting thegovernment as a key partner in its development journey, and we look forward to continuing on this path to ensure a better tomorrow for all."Shabab’s inclusion will be a valuable one to the BAT Bangladesh leadership team as he bringswith him diverse cross-market knowledge, as well as strong commercial acumen to help the
