Seven individuals who received injuries during the July-August mass uprising have been sent to Singapore for advanced treatment at the initiative of the interim government and the health ministry.A flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines carrying them took off around 8:30am on Friday, January 24. They will be treated at the Singapore National Eye Centre.The injured are Abdullah Al Baki, Aktar Hossin, Md Yamin, Faiz Ahmed, Minhajul Islam Shuvo, Mohammad Ramjan, and Salman Bin Shoaib.They were previously undergoing treatment at the National Institute of Ophthalmology and Hospital, NIO.
