The Anti-Corruption Commission, ACC, has said it is looking into the graft allegations against Moazzem Hossain, assistant private secretary (APS) of Sports Adviser Asif Mahmud Shojib Bhuiyan and Tuhin Farabi, personal officer (PO) of Health Adviser Nurjahan Begum.ACC Director General Md Akhtar Hossain said this in reply to a question from the reporters after a regular press briefing on Sunday afternoon, April 27.“The matter (graft allegations against two advisers’ APS and PO) drew our attention. We are looking into this,” he said.“Our intelligence unit is working in this regard and more details would be provided soon,” the ACC DG added.Earlier on April 22, Moazzem Hossain, APS of Asif Mahmud, also local government adviser, was relieved from his duties after the corruption allegations.Health Adviser Nurjahan Begum’s PO Tuhin Farabi was also removed from his post for his alleged involvement in graft.
