The procession of death is not decreasing on the road. 122 people died in 117 road accidents in seven days from April 8 to 14. At least 195 people were injured. A total of 15 people including 4 members of the same family lost their lives today in two separate road accidents in Faridpur's Kanaipur and Mymensingh. Opposition leader and Jatiya Party Chairman Janabandhu Golam Mohammad Quader MP has expressed deep grief and sorrow over this. In a condolence message today, he wished peace to the departed souls and speedy recovery of the injured. He also expressed his condolences to the bereaved family.

Jatiya Party Chairman Golam Mohammad Quader said in a condolence message that lives are being lost on the roads every day, there is no remedy. Daily death on the road is a normal occurrence. Daily news of such accidents cannot be accepted. He said that the cause of the accident should be investigated and legal action should be taken against those responsible.
