Guru Vidya is Guruvidya if Guru teaches disciple an Akshara or Karma. But there is no such thing in the world, which can be established without taking it from the Guru, but the people of the present society do not want to give the status of Guru even with Guruvidya. Sorry! I want to say, that disciple will never be able to repay the Guru's debt. Guru-disciple becomes one soul only when they bind each other in a bond of deep love. I would like to say at the beginning of this discussion that the disciple should be devoted to the Guru, without understanding the interpretation of the Guru's words and criticizing him - "sin", there is nothing else in this world. Eternal life can be ruined by this little mistake of yours. Guru is above all criticism. Criticizing his words is far-fetched, even if he understands the meaning of his 'words or sayings', the disciple has to be born again and again. That is not possible.
I will say here, if you do not understand the meaning of any word of the respected guru, you have to ask him again and again. Otherwise, I think it is a terrible crime to make up some kind of explanation of your own mind. But the responsibility of choosing a Guru is your own or your family's. So you have no right to 'disrespect' that Guru. It is the duty of every disciple to become like the Guru from the presence of the Guru. It is not too late to 'catch' the Guru, nor too late to 'recognise' it. Guru-disciple are of the same spirit and ideology only then there will be good in this world and hereafter. Let it be said here that "Guru appears" to "carry the burden" of the world. Guru-Shakti works at the root of everything in the universe. No one can 'carry the load' of the Guru. The lyricist says in a song, - The flower-garden of the disciple's house, the flower buds are 'guru's place'. Who calls him a "disciple" if he does not plant a "guru shoot". Fakir Lalon said, being a disciple of Sai's speech is a big responsibility. With three minds as one mind, Sadhana Bhajan has to be performed on that foot.
Anyway, - I'm just saying Guru Guru, Guru has many synonyms. For example, - teacher, scholar or master. So they are all tied together. People use them respectfully in various places to pay respect and "offer love". It is the people of this world who only give birth to their children, who need a skilled guru, teacher, scholar or master to make them real human beings. So I will say that such designations can be called the 2nd father or mother of one's child. It is important to know that when Guru or Ustad, Teacher or Pandit orders anything, it must be "best". Without judging any fault of your respected guru. Let's say here, in this world, people who are very pure or doing good deeds, even if the "guru" forbids them, they should not do those things. Again, what people call "heinous sins", even if the Guru tells him to commit those "sins", doing them with a cheerful heart in a dull body falls under the line of Guru Bhakti.
So no guru will ever give or want to give instructions to commit 'sin'. Gurus acquired 'knowledge' by doing sadhana. Therefore, Gurus are very wise and virtuous people, powerful people also speak with the status, honor or price of respected scholars, gurus or teachers. Let me talk about Barack Obama here, 'If you have achieved success in life, then remember that you had a teacher or teachers by your side, they helped you in various ways. In the discussion of God or God, one has to listen with a deep gaze to the face of the respectful guru or teacher. At that time the 'disciple must be aware' that Godly words are pouring out of the mouth of the Guru with divine passion, at that time your mind should be concentrated on the Guru with full concentration. Without this belief you will never be a complete 'disciple'.
We will try to know in such a discussion, who is the teacher and disciple? "Gu" means darkness and "Ru" means light. He who destroys the darkness of ignorance or shines the light with enthusiasm to end the darkness of life, is the Guru. He who conquers these six Ripu's - Lust, Anger, Greed, Liquor, Moha and Matsarya - is the enlightened path of spirituality, and he who is able to subdue the senses in a pure way is the "Truthful One", always on the path of Dharma. He who keeps a steady and pure mind, has done introspection, has desired to become wise by following these or reflecting on life. And he who devotes himself to the truth and strives for life, is qualified to be a guru. So such qualities can be called Guru. Let us say here that our birth parents are the Supreme Guru. He who educates in social education from infancy or childhood, is the "Great Teacher". After all Paramatma is our "Adi Guru" If we have 'devotion, reverence, faith and surrender' to Paramatma, He associates us with Him for attaining moksha. And the person who sincerely worships the Guru, does not 'differentiate' between the Guru and the Creator, does not use his knowledge and intellect in any useless way, gains knowledge from the Guru with devotion, respect and faith in an empty mind and obeys the Guru's orders. I can say 'disciple'.
Now let's discuss, the relationship between guru and disciple is like a bond of liberation, which can basically be called an invisible bond. For every disciple there is a certain Guru and that disciple should be taken forward by the Guru. The guru initiates the disciple without his own interest behind it. There is only one goal, to get the disciple to his destination. And reaching the disciple is the only Gurudakshina of the Guru. Let's cut the discussion short, ending with a lot of 'complicated talk'. Only one thing to say never disrespect someone whom you once considered as "guru". May my mail connection with your teacher be fruitful. We can easily travel the path of Guru Amrita.
